I maintain good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and am an active member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO). Since starting my practice in 2018, I have developed a wide range of skills in manual therapy techniques. My treatment focus includes deep tissue massage, which helps alleviate chronic muscle tension, and hot stone massage, known for its relaxing properties. I also do cupping therapy, a technique that can relieve pain and promote blood flow, and treatment for temporomandibular joint (TMJ) issues, which can improve jaw function and reduce discomfort. Additionally, I offer Indie head massage, a practice that aims to reduce stress and improve circulation to the head, neck, and shoulders I also perform post-surgical rehabilitation, where I assist clients in their recovery, as well as targeted treatments for hip and pelvic issues. I also have experience in sports massage, designed to enhance athletic performance and aid in injury prevention, as well as pre-and post-natal massage, which can provide relief and relaxation for expecting and new mothers. Recently, I furthered my professional education by completing my Diploma in Osteopathy, which allows me to integrate a holistic approach to my treatments, focusing on the interrelationship between the body’s structure and function. This combination of skills allows me to tailor my services to meet the unique needs of each client, I am currently enrolled in a Doctor of Osteopathy program in Spain. My love and passion for manual therapy bring me fulfillment through my clients and the application of various techniques. I enjoy the healing process, discovering the best therapeutic approaches, and staying updated by attending workshops. I’m fascinated by the intricacies of the human body, its movements, and its patterns. Most importantly, I strive to build a trusting relationship with my clients, ensuring they feel safe and supported. TGBTG
